First Presbyterian Church’s KidZone is where children are seen as a true blessing from the Lord. As parents, ministry directors, and prayer partners to so many it is our true desire to ensure that the children under our direction grow in faith, love, and hope for their future.

With the blessings that come from working with children also comes the responsibility to ensure that we are helping them grow in faith and also feel comfortable sharing what they learn.  As stewards of God’s children, parents and grandparents are responsible for helping children grow physically, intellectually, emotionally, and spiritually.   To support this, our church needs to provide an environment in which children are safe, are taught at an age-appropriate level, and are encouraged to develop a relationship with Jesus Christ.

Our Children’s Ministry is tasked with teaching, training, and assessing the effectiveness of all programs on an ongoing basis. It is our constant prayer that as you, the parent,  and your child grow together in faith and the love of God and live out that witness to the people in your life.
